GGU-3D-SSFLOW: "Assign" menu item

When you are completely finished with the interpolation mesh you can decide here to which plane the z values of the interpolation mesh will be assigned as depths.

Because no undo is possible after assigning the z values, it is expedient to save the file beforehand.
