GGU-CAD: "A3 format" menu item

If close-ups of the drawing have been generated by zooming or by creating a different default zoom factor in the menu item "Graphics preferences/Zoom factor", the screen can be reset to an approximately A3 format image. The appearance of the drawing on an output device (plotter, printer, etc.) is not affected.
