GGU-DRAWDOWN: General notes on sections

You can have any of the drawdowns represented in true-to-scale sections. A differentiation is made between "user-defined" sections for which the drawdown values are newly calculated at the defined points and sections with drawdowns at fixed, currently calculated drawdown points.
