GGU-DRAWDOWN: "Paste/Delete polygon points" menu item

After going to this menu item excavation points can be added or deleted. Click the centre of a polygon course section with the left mouse button to add new polygon points. Click the polygon course point with the right mouse button to remove.

Accidental changes can be restored using the [Alt] + [Back] key combination.
