GGU-2D-SSFLOW: "Assign" menu item

After completely processing the interpolation mesh the z-values associated with the interpolation mesh can be assigned to the FEM mesh as the top of the aquifer, the base of the aquifer or the top of the blanket.

Because no undo is possible after assigning the z values, it is expedient to save the file beforehand.
