GGU-2D-SSFLOW: General note

The "z" menu appears for horizontal plane systems only. It allows simple definition of the z-values of a system, i.e. the definition of the top of the aquifer, the base of the aquifer and, in addition, the top of the blanket for a "leaky aquifer".
