GGU-3D-TRANSIENT: "Export to ASCII file" menu item

If an FEM mesh has been generated, the node coordinates can be saved to an ASCII file. The x and y coordinates of the underlying mesh (2D) are saved and, in addition, if the system has been modelled, the potential of the active plane.
