GGU-CONTAM-FE: The Courant criterion

The precision of all numerical procedures is influenced by the time step Dt. Precise results can be achieved with small time steps, but analysis time increases correspondingly. The optimum time step size can be derived from the "Courant criterion".

After starting modelling, the program examines the Courant criterion and suggests the determined time step.
