GGU-ENSLIN: "Output table" menu item

This element is deactivated in the program default setting. If the "Output table display" check box is activated in this menu item's dialog box, the element is shown on the output sheet. Almost exactly the same dialog box opens with the same preference options as that described in the "Output preferences/Title (change position)" menu item. To edit the "Output table" element, simply proceed as described there.
