GGU-SIEVE: "Add file" menu item

Using this menu item it is possible to load the results of a number of tests, stored on disk as separate files, in order to visualise them together on one sheet. The tests contained in the added file will be appended to the current record.

Please note that the information concerning the page format, general entries (e.g. company name, project description, report no.) and preferences (e.g. grading curve pens) are not imported with the appended file.

Any annotations or settings should therefore be defined after appending or be present in the last opened file.
