GGU-DRAWDOWN: Section visualisation preferences

After entering the subdivisions the following dialog box opens:

• "Preferences" group box
  If the "Coloured section" check box is activated the whole area of the groundwater and soil layer is filled. Directly below this, the colours can be adapted to taste. Activate the corresponding check box if the excavation is to be visualised in section. This generally provides for better visualisation of the groundwater situation below the excavation.

Activating the "With labelling" check box automatic section labelling can be used. When activated the program inserts a table below the section, containing the calculated drawdowns at the drawdown points defined. The labelling font size can be altered to suit requirements. If the "Coloured labelling" check box is activated the groundwater level is visualised in the above defined colour. The drawdowns can also be entered directly at the drawdown point. To do this, activate the "Labelling on graph" check box.

• "Operations" group box
  The current section can be saved to a file using "Save section". The section will be drawn on the screen after clicking the "Display" button. A location sketch is automatically displayed on the screen showing the system outline and the defined section. This section course legend is activated by default, but can be deactivated in the "Graphics preferences/Section course legend" menu item.
