GGU-OEDOM: "Constrained modulus graph" menu item

This menu item is only active if you have selected test evaluation using constrained moduli.
Almost exactly the same dialog box opens with the same preference options as that described in the "Output preferences/Title (change position)" menu item. Proceed as described there to alter the position or layout of the "Constrained modulus graph" element.
