GGU-PLGW: "Discharge between 2 times" menu item

This menu item allows you to determine the discharge within a given time period.

If a horizontal-plane system with a leaky aquifer is being investigated, the discharge for the blanket layer only may be calculated by activating the additional "Discharge through blanket" check box.
