GGU-TIMESET: "Edited by + date" menu item

Almost exactly the same dialog box opens with the same preference options as that described in the "Output preferences/Title (change position)" menu item . To edit the "Edited by + date" element, simply proceed as described there.

The input for this element can be edited immediately after double-clicking on the element or via the menu item "Edit/General".
