GGU-TIMESET: "Time-settlement graphs" menu item

Almost exactly the same dialog box opens with the same preference options as that described in the "Output preferences/Title (change position)" menu item. Because the time-settlement graphs are the central graphical element, it cannot be switched off. Proceed as described above to alter the position or layout of the "Time-settlement graphs" element.
