GGU-VIBRATION: "Choose equipment" menu item

This menu item opens a dialog box allowing the user to choose between five different pieces of vibration generating equipment.

This dialog box opens automatically when a new analysis needs to be started, i.e. when starting the program or clicking the menu item "File/New".
