GGU-3D-TRANSIENT: "Discharge in vertical section" menu item

After defining a section course, the total discharge in the defined section and the partial discharges from the current to the uppermost plane are computed. The result is presented in a message box. Here, you can opt to save the current section in a ".ggu_fes" file.
