GGU-CONSOLIDATE: "Boundary conditions" menu item

This menu item is only active if you have selected "Classical consolidation (numerical)" as the consolidation type.

If there are permeable layers within the system which can drain externally, it is possible to use this menu item to take this influence into consideration by means of boundary conditions (also see "Theoretical principles: Numerical solution with difference equations - Multi-layered system").

Enter the depth and the respective pore water pressure, which will then be kept constant for a subsequent analysis for the entire duration of consolidation.
