GGU-ELASTIC: "Beam legend" menu item

You can display a legend containing the material properties of any existing beams (EJ = beam bending stiffness, EF = beam tensile stiffness).

Even when the "Show legend" check box is activated, visualisation only occurs if beams have actually been defined.
