GGU-PLGW: "Define section" menu item

By clicking on system nodes with the left mouse button, you define the desired section course. The node points will then be numbered. Furthermore, the current mouse position in x and y coordinates is given in the top window bar. To delete the last node point specified, click on the point with the right mouse button.
