GGU-SETTLE: "Limiting depth" menu item

The program can determine the limiting depth using 2 or 3 different procedures, depending on the type of foundation used. The methods were described in detail in the brief introduction (see "Analysis of rectangular foundations/Specify limiting depth" and "Analysis of triangular foundations/Specify limiting depth" i).
