GGU-TIME-GRAPH: "Auto-resize measured data axis" menu item

Only the y-axis coordinates are recalculated, i.e. all measured data are readjusted to the minimum and maximum heights. The time axis remains unchanged for the previously defined section. This function can also be accessed by pressing [F7].
