GGU-TIME-GRAPH: "Auto-resize" menu item
When this menu item is utilised the program calculates the image coordinates, ensuring that all data points are displayed. In a hydrograph visualisation this means that all measured data are visualised with an adjustment on the y-axis to the minimum and maximum heights for the complete time range (x-axis). In a contour line visualisation a true-to-scale visualisation of the data points and contours for both coordinate axes is achieved. This can be useful,
if, after a hydrograph visualisation, you want to include further hydrographs lying outside of the original image coordinates.
if, after graphical visualisation of contour lines, new data points are added, lying outside of the original image coordinates.
If, despite all your efforts, graphics cannot be correctly visualised on the screen. In a previous step, you probably altered the image coordinates to such an extent that visible graphic elements are no longer within the area seen on the screen.
This function can also be accessed using the [F9] function key. "Auto-resize time axis" menu item
Only the x-axis (time values) coordinates are recalculated, for example if they were previously included in a different section. The measured data (y-coordinate) visualisation remains unchanged. This function can also be accessed by pressing [F8].
