GGU-TIME-GRAPH: "Swap hydrographs" menu item

The hydrographs are displayed in the same sequence that the data points were entered. In the Hydrograph legend, the data points are listed in this sequence with the corresponding markers. If you would like to achieve a different sequence in the visualisation, and thus in the legend, swap the corresponding data points using this menu item until the required sequence is displayed.
