GGU-UNDERPIN: "Body pens + colours" menu item

The underpinning body is visualised with a multitude of graphic elements (centroid axis, pressure line, kernel widths, etc.). Individual elements of the visualisation can be subdued, the pen types (dashed, dotted, etc.) and fill colours changed.
