GGU-OEDOM: "Tests" menu item (using Compression index evaluation)

The following dialog box opens for evaluation using compression indices:

First, enter the test base data here in accordance with the theoretical principles discussed in Section 5.3 and then enter or edit the test data via the "Edit test data" button in analogy to the dialog box for evaluation using constrained moduli.
