GGU-SETTLE: "Display section course (stress bulb)" menu item

The location of the stress bulb section in plan can be displayed again using this menu item and be printed as an appendix to the report, for example. The same visualisation is duplicated in a smaller size in the Section course legend, which is automatically displayed during section visualisation.
