GGU-TRENCH: "Maximum utilisation factors" menu item

After an analysis performed using the new partial safety factor concept you can view the maximum utilisation factors computed in a message box, without having to reanalyse the system. The same message box opens; the dialog box is the same as that displayed upon completion of analysis.
