GGU-SLAB: "Save/Load" menu item

If you are analysing slabs using the constrained modulus method, you can save your constrained modulus profiles with the corresponding mesh in a file with the ".ggu_stei" extension using this menu item, or open a previously saved file.

These files are compatible with the GGU-SETTLE program, meaning that the constrained modulus profiles and the mesh can be imported into GGU-SETTLE for a subsequent settlement analysis.
