GGU-STABILITY: "Section" menu item

A region of the triangular mesh can be selected for refinement by clicking the four points of a polygon in an anti-clockwise direction, thus enclosing the region to be refined. The refinement procedures described in "Pwp mesh/Refine individually" are also available for mesh refinement in section.
