GGU-TRENCH: "Terrace" menu item
Using this menu item, you can take the influence of a terrace beside the diaphragm wall into consideration.

In the dialog box, define the depth of the terrace below ground level (positive downwards). Below this, enter the distance of the terrace from the guide wall.
The current version of the program only allows for terraces > 0.0 m (= below ground level).
Terraces < 0.0 m (= above ground level) can be taken into consideration approximately by using negative line loads.
Below the terrace, a correspondingly reduced lateral pressure is assumed on both flanks, which leads to a lower friction force on the flanks. In addition, the cohesion component on the slip surface is correspondingly reduced.
