GGU-UNDERPIN: Berms

GGU-UNDERPIN can handle up to 10 berms on both the active and the passive sides of the wall. The berms may include surcharges. The effect on earth pressure is taken into consideration according to the Piling Handbook (Krupp Hoesch Stahl).

The following relationships apply for the parameters x and y:

If the angle image-20241202-103450.png is greater than image-20241202-103514.png , it is assumed that image-20241202-103431.png for analysis. Berms on the passive side are dealt with in exactly the same manner.
