GGU-UNDERPIN: Bounded surcharges (active side)

Up to 10 bounded surcharges can be positioned at any height on the active side.

The earth pressure coefficient k is acquired from k_ah for active earth pressure and from k₀ for at-rest earth pressure. If this option is activated, the resulting earth pressure is then redistributed.

If negative values are entered, e.g. in order to generate a double-bounded surcharge, the linear component between and may not be adopted.
