GGU-CAD: Popup dialog

If the screen is right-clicked anywhere a dialog box opens allowing selected preferences to be edited.

Preferences can be quickly edited using this box, which would otherwise need to be opened via various menu items. Accept the preferences by pressing [Return] or one of the font size buttons or "Define window size".
