GGU-SLAB: "All" menu item

The following dialog box appears after selecting this menu item or, alternatively, pressing [F7]:

Either all elements or only element with certain material numbers can be refined. Here, too, displacement boundary conditions can be taken into consideration. A description to this and of the 3 refinement methods can be found in the "FEM mesh/Refine individually" menu item.
