GGU-SLAB: "Section" menu item

Several elements previously enveloped in a polygon can be refined using this menu item. Displacement boundary conditions can be taken into consideration. A description to this and of the 3 refinement methods can be found in the "FEM mesh/Refine individually" menu item.
