GGU-TIME-GRAPH: "Import ASCII file" button

If measured data have been previously processed (in a text editor, for example) they can be imported after clicking the button. Here, too, it is possible to open new data or to append to the existing record using the "Append" button.

The current line of the ASCII file is shown at the top. You can move through the file using the arrow buttons on the right. Enter the column number in which the respective data is located in the "Date column" and "Value column". The "With time" check box allows the time to also be imported. Otherwise a time of 00.00 is allocated.

If all the information is correct, the result for the row is shown at the bottom right of the dialog box. Otherwise, "Error" appears. You may need to change the column delimiter. If the file contains invalid as well as valid rows, these will simply be skipped during import.

After the "Import data" button has been pressed and the data successfully imported, you will see a message box with the number of values and character strings read. You can now process the data further or move on to evaluation.
